The Physial Therapist evaulates, plans, organizes, and administers physical therapy services in accordance with the current applicable federal, state and local standards, regulations and guidelines to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. The Physical Therapist maintains informative, accurate and timely documentation and records management and works collaboratively with all disciplines, adheres to the professional standards of practice guidelines and code of ethics as set forth by the State Board of Therapy.
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree from an APTA accredited physical therapy program
Must hold a current state license and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the State Board of Therapy
Two years of experience, long term acute care and rehabilitation experience is preferred
Two years of outpatient experience required when working in outpatient setting
Must be able to read, write and speak Enlgish, as well as possess good verbal and written communication skills
