“My grandmother in law was in your facility for two days recently and passed away while there. The family wanted to let you know that the staff you have here is incredible. Everyone we encountered was so nice and caring and went above and beyond to meet everyone's needs, emotionally and physically. I have been a nurse/nurse practitioner for 23 years and have been employed in hospitals for a majority of this time. I have never seen such compassion and caring from the staff as I experienced at your facility. Everyone including the front desk clerk (by the front entrance), the EVS staff, the providers, and especially the nurses and nurse aides were exceptional. Keep doing what you're doing because everyone is doing a great job! I wish I could ackonowledge them by name individually but I failed to get all of their names. Just wanted to say thank y'all so much.”
